When We Are Closed

When the centre is closed and you have an urgent health care need, please call 111. A qualified member of the 111 team will take your details and assess your health needs.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

What does Integrated Urgent Care mean for you?

Calling NHS111 is the smart call to make. A team of fully trained healthcare advisors is there to help you.

The service gives you fast and easy access to a range of clinical staff, including GPs, nurses and prescribing pharmacists. NHS111 can then direct you further to the local
community service which can help you best.

This could be an Out of Hours doctor’s appointment, a late-opening chemist or A&E.
