New Patient Registration

Registering at the surgery is easy to do. Just pop into the surgery and make a registration appointment at reception.

All you need to produce is photographic ID (i.e. your passport, or driving licence) and proof of your current address. Registration is completed within 5-7 working days. You will be required to have a new patient health check as part of your registration. Our catchment area is indicated on the map below.

Registering Children

If you are registering children we do ask that, where possible you provide their birth certificate as identification.
